We are Russian Jews. My mom told me that we left Ukraine as refugees to avoid the constant thr take in of anti-Semitism. I did go back to Russia when I was 6 years old because my fathers mother passed away and we went to her cemetery. Other then that, I never went back. I speak both Russian and type panorama at home but my parents only speak face with me. My 11-year-old brother on the other hand speaks only face with them and he always bring outs in trouble for that. My parents would nauseate it if he forgets our home language. We do not celebrate either the Judaic holidays except Yom Kippur and Rosh Shana. What holidays/celebrations are definitive in your bearing? be there special foods that are associated with these times? argon these emblemat ic of other members of your culture? The holidays that are very important in my family are New social classs, Birthdays, and grace of God. both year for New Years, we get a real Christmas guide and decorate it all somewhat and on Jan 1, early in the morning, there are presents down the stairs our tree.

The best deduct of a Russian New Year is the food, usually a buffet of appetizers and snacks, chased down by vodka. The food that we eat for new years is a salad called Olivier, sandwiches with violent caviar, tomatoes and cheese, bliny (Russian pan barrooms), and more. On birthdays, we get money fro m all the family members and presents from o! thers. Thanksgiving is day when we realise all the family members and have a tough meal. We either go to my cousins house for dinner party or my aunts house. Our family is very loud. We can have like 10 various conversations at once at the dinner table. It is a not bad(p) deal of fun. The main food we eat on free grace is a stuffed turkey, plov, different salads, and napolean or some kind of cake and fruits for desert....If you fatality to get a full essay, order it on our website: BestEssayCheap.com
